TRAVELER PREFERENCE CARD

We suggest that a Traveler Preference Card be prepared for each company traveler. The card is confidential and will be maintained in our office strictly for our use each time a reservation is made for that individual. The card provides us with all of the pertinent information required to complete a reservation, eliminating the need for you to provide such information each time a reservation is made.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

We guarantee the lowest fare rates for all travel because it is our responsibility to keep abreast of the lowest fares on every airline at all times.

At the time of your reservation, we will inform you of fare-saving options available. If your corporate travel policy warrants the lowest fares for all travel, it will appear on our computer screen each time a reservation is made for one of your company’s travelers.

ITINERARY PREPARATION

A detailed itinerary outlining all flight, hotel accommodations and car rental information, including any special requests, will be sent by email for your review prior to the departure date.

We will assist you in obtaining your passport photos and visa applications.

Your passport photos can be taken in our office, and are ready instantly... no waiting and no need to return for pick-up or wait for delivery.

We can accommodate requests for visa applications for most countries.

We will personally oversee the delivery of passport and visa applications to the consulates in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. for a small fee.

REPORTS

Total Travel will provide you with all of the necessary tools for monitoring your travel expenses. By directing all air, car and hotel reservations through our office, we will be able to help regulate your monthly travel expenditures and dispense this information to your specific requirements.
