Cost reduction is a major on-going concern of Total Travel. We have found that many companies are spending substantially more for airline tickets, auto rentals and hotel rooms than is necessary. We can change that!

Our Objective At Total Travel Is:

To review your current travel policies which enable us to analyze your travel patterns and prepare monthly reports tailored to your needs. We will reduce your costs by obtaining the lowest possible air fares, while capitalizing on available corporate rates. We will also help you eliminate unnecessary man hours by assuming the responsibility of all of your travel planning.

CORPORATE TRAVEL POLICIES

Total Travel would like to work with your company in establishing or updating your travel policies and procedures.

We are experienced in working with intricate corporate travel policies, and we are able to administer such policies on your behalf in an effort to reduce travel expenditures.

CORPORATE RATES

We will assume the responsibility of implementing all corporate rates you have established with hotels and car rental companies. We will program your corporate rates into our computer, having them readily available each time we make a reservation for you.

If you have not established corporate rates with certain hotels, we will assist you in doing so.
